RESERVATION’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROPERTY INFORMATION
GC 84 Apartments is located at Rua Gomes Carneiro n° 84, Ipanema. Rio de Janeiro, RJ. CP: 22071-110. Brazil.
GC 84 Apartments has apartments with capacity for two adults for seasonal rent at the address indicated above.
The apartments consist of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom in separate rooms, as well as an entrance hall/corridor and measure approximately 30 to 40 m².
We offer free Wi-Fi in all apartments, as well as in the building’s reception.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made online, directly on the website: https://gomescarneiro84.com/ , on partner websites, by email: reservas@gomescarneiro84.com, by phone/WhatsApp: +55 (21) 98131-9411..
Once the reservation is booked, the client accepts the General Policies that establish the terms of service provision, from the reservation to the accommodation.
Reservations through the website
The reservation will only be confirmed upon full payment and once the confirmation email has been received.
Reservations by phone/email
The reservation will be confirmed by payment of 50% of the daily rate by credit card (no fees) or bank deposit via PIX. For the deposit, the client must send proof of payment within 24 hours, otherwise the reservation will not be confirmed. This form of payment will only be accepted if the period between the day of the reservation request and the day of check-in is more than 72 hours. The remaining balance of the daily payment will be made at check-in by card, PIX or cash. The guest may request
that the reservation confirmation be sent by email.
Walk-in tickets
Payment of the total daily value is made upon entry, with payment in cash, PIX, debit or credit card.
Cancellation of reservation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email: reservas@gomescarneiro84.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone. For cancellations up to 14 days before check-in, 100% of the amounts paid will be refunded, 7 days in advance 50% will be refunded and one day or less before check-in there will be no refunds.
Change of reservation
This can be done in writing, via email: reservas@gomescarneiro84.com up to 7 days in advance, depending on the availability of the hotel. No extra fee is charged for changes, only possible price differences between one period and another.
No Show
Non-attendance without prior written notice will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will be available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the amount paid (100% of the deposit will be retained).
Withdrawal
Cancelling your stay upon arrival or after check-in or early departure for any reason will not entitle you to any type of refund or credit for new nights.
HOUSE RULES
Visits and events
- Parties and events that gather more than 4 people in the house are not allowed.
- Visits will be permitted outside of quiet hours.
- Overnight stays will only be permitted if the number of adults does not exceed 2 and upon presentation of the identification document of the person staying overnight.
Cigarettes, Vapers or Electronic Cigarettes
Smoking is not permitted in any form. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Quiet hours
22:00 – 8:00
Commercial photography or filming.
Filming or photography for commercial purposes of any kind is not permitted. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and any subsequent legal action that GC 84 Apartments deems appropriate.
Other rules
Please turn off all electrical appliances, especially the air conditioning, every time you leave the apartment.
We ask you to pay special attention every time you leave the apartment so that, for safety reasons, YOU DO NOT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING. If you neglect this point, we will enter the apartment to turn it off, which may incur an additional charge.
Pets are not allowed
Please use the garage door when returning from the beach and the foot shower at that entrance to REMOVE THE SAND before going up to the apartment.
In accordance with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Tourism, to check-in the guest must complete the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) with the following information: full name, CPF (passport in the case of foreigners), identity document, complete address, telephone number with area code and email.
In compliance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, accommodation of minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian is not permitted. All minors under 18 years of age must present a photo ID at check-in proving their identity and affiliation, even if they are accompanied by their parents.
If a minor under 18 years of age is accompanied only by a guardian, other than his/her parents, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, the document authorizing the minor’s accommodation, made in writing and signed by the parents, before a notary. signature.
We recommend leaving the keys with the doorman every time you leave the apartment. If you are staying in a residential building, please respect your neighbours’ rest time and keep quiet after 10pm.
DAILY
Daily rates start at 3:00 PM and end at 11:00 AM.
For early arrivals or late departures, availability must be checked.
If you exceed the check-out limit (11am) you will be charged 50% of the daily rate until 3pm, if you exceed this time you will be charged the full daily rate.
